Sahar is a PhD student in biomedical engineering (Biomaterials) at Amirkabir University of Technology (Tehran Polytechnic). She has received her bachelors and master degree from Amirkabir University of Technology (Tehran Polytechnic), Tehran, Iran and now she is a visiting research intern in CALICO Lab.

Her research is about novel methods of bone cancer combinational therapies and bone anti-cancer drug delivery methods and new approaches to gather these two together, in order to create a more effective cancer treatment.
